Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with a single segment of thoracolumbar (T10-L2) OVCFs who underwent PVA; 2. age: female > 55 years, male > 60 years; 3. bone density less than or equal to -2.5 patients; 4. patients who signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. require conservative treatment; 2. due to heart failure or respiratory failure can not tolerate prone position under local anesthesia; 3. due to metastatic tumor, myeloma, primary spinal tumor or spinal vertebral infection Patients with pathological fractures; 4. those who have mental disorders or mental illnesses who cannot be treated and follow-up; 5. those who cannot cooperate with preoperative imaging and postoperative follow-up.
