Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-80 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis and chest CT and other imaging examinations considered as malignant pleural effusion; 3. The pleural effusion can be positioned by ultrasound, and the thickness is =3cm; 4. Patient without other serious cardiopulmonary disease; 5. Patients without invasive contraindications such as thoracentesis and pleural biopsy; 6. Patients and their families agreed to join the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It is considered as benign pleural effusion by clinical diagnosis and imaging examination such as chest CT; 2. Less pleural effusion, ultrasound can not be located; 3. Severe pleural adhesion in the affected thoracic cavity; 4. Patient with serious cardiopulmonary diseases, or have invasive contraindications such as thoracentesis and pleural biopsy; 5. Patient or family member does not agree to join the investigator.
