Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical manifestations: asymptomatic lacunar infarction, CMB and partial leukoaraiosis, various lacunar syndrome and vascular cognitive dysfunction; imaging findings: lacunar infarction (LI) or lacunar (lacune) Or white matter lesions (WML) or perivascular space enlargement or cerebral microbleeds (CMB); 2. no major cerebral vascular disease or intracranial tumor by skull MRI; 3. aged 50 to 80 years old; 4. MoCA scale = 26 points; MES scale = 75 points 5 subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other cerebral small vessel diseases such as amyloid angiopathy; other hereditary disease-related small vessel diseases (such as CADSIL, FABRY disease, etc.), inflammation and immune-mediated VCSV and vasculitis, other small venous collagen diseases History of vascular disease; severe arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation, stroke caused by Parkinson's disease, macrovascular disease, cardiogenic stroke, exclude other diseases that affect intelligence; 2. severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. allergic constitution Or those who are allergic to multiple drugs; 4. those with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumors, severe malnutrition, mental disorders, etc.; 5. exclude large vessel disease.
