Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18 to 80 years; 2) consciousness, to have a certain cognitive ability and able to understand the request and password put forward by testers; 3) to have no history of brain injury, epilepsy and encephalitis; 4) stroke experienced more than 1week; 5) diagnosis in line with the standards of the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995 and the first stroke (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage) confirmed by brain computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) other peripheral nerve or central nervous system disorders; 2) upper limb with arthritis symptoms or pathological changes or deformities; 3) serious visual impairment; 4) severe spasticity or severely restricted range of joint activity; 5) serious infection or serious complications (heart, lung, liver, kidney); 6) to meet the inclusion criteria but did not sign the written informed consent.
