Case series:ultrasonography preoperative evaluation

Age
14 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Spontaneous breath, SpO2=20/min; 4. Systolic Blood Pressure=100/min; 6. Arrhythmia (cause abnormal hemodynamic); 7. Mantained by vasoactive agent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged<14 years; 2. Unable to be performed ultrasonography exam (the skin of exam position is coverd by wound, bandage, crust); 3. Joined in other research within 3 months before the inclusion of the study; 4. Inadequated by researcher; 5. Patients can not cooperate with the study for any reasons; 6. Cardiac surgery patient; 7. Organ transplantation patient; 8. Obstetric surgery patient; 9. Emergency treatment will begin immediately after entering the room(CPR,etc),unable to be performed ultrasonography exam.
