Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients or their legal representatives provided written informed consent. CKD patients treated with Prostaglandin E1 or/and Shenkang injection, admitted to Shanghai Tenth Peoples Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine between January 2013 and December 2017, were recruited in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included acute acute kidney injury, renal replacement treatment, cancer, a malignant hematopoietic system, chronic heart failure, gastrointestinal ulcer, severe liver damage, pregnacy, and immunosuppressive agent.
