Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inpatients with HIV infection; (2) Having two or more neurological symptoms (headache, epilepsy, nausea, vomiting, change of consciousness, photophobia or focal nerve defect); (3) Patients with cranial MRI,CT examination, clinical data and clinical observation records before and after the visit; (4) Patients with cryopreserved cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), plasma and urine samples during hospitalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) other immunosuppressive patients who need to be excluded from HIV infection; (2) patients with neurosurgical diseases, such as brain trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.; (3) symptoms caused by mental symptoms, such as non-nerve infection or abnormal metabolism; (4) patients with neurological symptoms caused by peripheral neuropathy and drugs.
