Group 1:RCHOP chemo for 4 doses

Group 2:RCHOP chemo for 6 doses

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 18 to 70 years; Histologically confirmed CD20+ diffuse large b cell lymphoma; Previously untreated; localised stage, with measurable lesions, the longest diameter less than 7.5cm; IPI=1; Estimated time of survival more than 3 months; Adequate hematologic parameters and liver and kidney functions; Women of childbearing age with a negative pregnancy test; Give signed informed consent before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; Secondary or transforming lymphoma; Primary central nervous system/testis/mediastinum/gastrointestinal lymphoma; Allergic to research drugs; Previous malignancies (except the cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin); Active infection; Functional insufficiency of vital organs; pregnant or lactating women.
