Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The femoral head specimen of necrotic femoral head for the study of femoral head diseases and blood circulation after hip replacement was voluntarily provided; Specimens of the dysplasia femoral head; Specimens of the femoral head of a fracture of the neck of the femur; Specimen of femoral head of rheumatoid arthritis; Specimens of the femoral head fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients are carriers of infectious diseases and have the risk of disease transmission. Hepatitis, syphilis, HIV, etc.
