Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage I endometrial carcinoma confirmed by comprehensive stage operation and the pathological type is endometrioid adenocarcinoma; 2. There is at least one moderate risk factor for endometrial cancer: superficial myometrial invasion, G2, age > 60 years old, tumor = 2 cm, lymphatic vascular space invasion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The pathological type of the patient was a special type of endometrial carcinoma except endometrioid adenocarcinoma; 2. Patients have any high risk factors for endometrial cancer: deep myometrial infiltration, G3, lower uterine segment or cervical gland infiltration; 3. The patient has serious medical complications, such as cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency or severe impairment of liver and kidney functions; 4. The patient had received adjuvant treatment such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation; 5. The patient has been included in other studies and conflicts with this study.
