Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 35-85; (2) Compliance with diagnostic criteria; (3) Existence of motor dysfunction and/or cognitive impairment of the upper extremity closely related to the condition of stroke, i.e. absence of motor dysfunction and cognitive dysfunction on the affected side of the upper extremity before the onset of stroke or sudden aggravation or violent fluctuation or ladder-like progression after the onset of stroke; (4) Consciousness That is, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 14-15 has a certain ability to understand Mandarin, cognitive ability, upper limb control ability, visual acuity and hearing allowed to complete various person/machine tests does not affect the rehabilitation assessment and training_Brunnstrom motor function classification 2-5 level II simple Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score (> 17 points without examining drawing). Manual Muscle Testing (MM-T) upper limb grading hemiplegic side muscle group III-IV. Ashworth spasm upper limb grading hemiplegic side joint (> 2 Fahn Tremor Rating Scale tremor score): 12 International Standard Visual Examination (E word): Corrected Visual acuity (> 0.8 Tuning Fork Test: Linner test results were normal; (5)Patients and their families actively cooperated with treatment and rehabilitation, agreed to cooperate to complete the trial and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Consciousness disorders, delirium, or marked mental abnormalities; (2) Existence of other diseases that clearly lead to motor and cognitive dysfunction: poliomyelitis, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease; and (3) Existence of other serious organic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction. Total and severe infectious diseases, malignant tumors, severe trauma, etc.; (4) Active epilepsy; (5) Drug abuse and drug abuse; (6) Causes of failure to cooperate with the test: such as shoulder pain, subluxation of shoulder joint, poor general condition, etc. Surgical treatment is needed.
