Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years intensive care unit patients; 2. Caprini score is greater than or equal to 5 points; 3. The patient or his legal guardian agrees and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been taking anticoagulant drugs before enrollment, such as those who usually take warfarin, aspirin, Bolivi or new oral anticoagulant; 2. Patients with venous thromboembolic disease before enrollment; 3. Patients with active bleeding or obvious bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function: Platelet count <50×10^9/L or dysfunction (drug, uremia, hematopoietic abnormality); Coagulation factor abnormality (hemophilia and other innate coagulation factor deficiency); PT or APTT More than 1.5 times the normal value; 5. The condition is serious and it is expected that the person will die in a short time; 6. The gastrointestinal tract cannot be used effectively; 7. Patients who cannot be treated with intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC); 8. Pregnant patients; 9. Patients with severe kidney or liver dysfunction (creatinine clarity <30ml/min, liver function Child-Pugh grade B or C).
