Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first onset of stroke patients aged 50 to 70 years old, identified unilateral basal ganglion infarction by CT or MRI examination; 2. The patients' motor functions(Fugl-Meyer integral score) of affected sides were comparable at the baseline; 3. the patients be able to understand and follow instructions, recognize the body parts and keep sustained attention for more than five minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple embolic infarctions; 2. Dementia, comprehensible aphasia, or complete aphasia; 3. The cerebellar or extrapyramidal syndrome contracture of joints and stiff limbs which influence on physical activity; 4. Other neuromuscular diseases which impair motor function; 5. With metal implanted electronic device embedded(cardiac pacemaker) and other limited conditions; 6. Depressive state (Hamilton depression scale score>15); 7. Severe claustrophobic syndrome; 8. Unilateral spatial neglectclock drawing test(+); 9. Patient or the family who refused the present treatment plans.
