Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged at least 40 years male and female, who have registered permanent residents in the survey area (above June); 2) informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysphagia; 2. Severe mental illness 3. floating population 4. Patients who have been diagnosed with gastric cancer and received treatment
