3:local application of 100 ml saline plus 1 g tranexamic acid
1:intravenous tranexamic acid in surgery
2:intravenous 100 ml saline plus 1 g tranexamic acid prior to skin incision

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) no regaining a functional arc of motion from 6 months of nonoperative treatment; (2) post-trauma elbow stiffness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) known allergy to TXA; (2) preoperative hemoglobin of less than 100 g/L; (3) known bleeding disorders; (4) concomitant severe comorbidities (renal failure, serious pulmonary disease, myocardial infarction, coronary disease, myocardial infarction, previous thrombosis); (5) associated with nonunion or malunion of elbow; (6) associated with burns or central nervous system trauma; (7) previous operation history of internal fixation or open release in the affected elbow side.
