40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) FEVl/FVC <70% clinical diagnosis of patients with mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2) CT or MRI enhanced diagnosis of renal tumors requires radical resection of the kidney; 3) Aged 40-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with asthma and severe arrhythmia; 2) Patients with a history of tracheotomy; 3) Patients with preoperative fever (body temperature = 38 degree C); 4) Excessive obesity; 5) Patients with low immunity or immunosuppressive agents; 6) abnormal liver function (ALT and AST> 2 times normal upper limit), abnormal renal function (serum creatinine > 1.5 times normal upper limit); 7) Patients with neuropathy or mental disorders who are unable to understand informed consent or cooperate with the study; 8) pregnant or lactating women.
