Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Aged 35-70 years, ASA II-III status, prepared to receive cardiac valves replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with an LVEF50 stenosis, uncontrolled hypertension, and severe brain, renal, pulmonary, hepatic disease, any serious allergy to tropisetron, any contraindication to midazolam, sufentanil, rocuronium bromide, and propofol, any administration of serotonin reuptake inhibitors in the past 3months.
