Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; 3. Elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous thoracic surgery; 2. Allergy to local anesthetics; 3. A history of chronic pain or chronic opioid use; 4. Severe heart disease,hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5. Bleeding diathesis thoracotomy; 6. Unable to cooperate.
