Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The study group consisted of 15 children with open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, aged 1 to 6 years old; 2. In the control group, 15 children underwent open-thoracic PDA ligation under non-extracorporeal circulation, aged 1 to 6 years; 3. Preoperative ASA classification is in grades I to II; 4. Family members and children voluntarily participate in the study program and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The child or family member refuses to participate in the research project; (2) History of recent upper respiratory tract infections; (3) Being receiving immunosuppressive therapy or gene therapy; (4) severe cardiac insufficiency, ASA grade III and above; (5) Other important organs are incomplete.
