18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged at least 18 years; 2. renal tumor diameter <4cm and no obvious clinical symptoms,without clinical intervention; 3. The expectancy of patient's life is greater than or equal to 3 years; 4. The diagnosis of VHL related renal cancer was confirmed by genetic test; 5. Patients must accept written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. renal tumor diameter >4cm, or <4cm and existing obvious clinical symptoms, even transfering requiring,must need to be clinical intervention; 2. Prior systemic therapy directed at advanced RCC is not allowed for patients; 3. Active malignant tumors without renal cell carcinoma, or history of other malignant diseases withen 5 years (excluding basal cell carcinoma and cervical carcinoma after active treatment); 4. Active, uncontrollable infectious disease; 5. Patients cant adhere to the follow-up.
