18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18 to 45 years at the reproductive age; 2. Patients were confirmed to have VHL disease using clinical and/or genetic criteria; 3. Women with baby plans over the next two years; 4. Women who can cooperate with the long-term follow-up, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are receiving targeting therapy; 2. Patients with severity disorders,e.g. renal insufficiency(serum creatinine clearance >120 mmol/L), cardiac malfunction(NYHA-IV grade); severe allergy to Gd.0; 3. Refuse to sign informed consent or could not be reached within 3 months after enrollment; 4. Contradiction to MRI examinations; 5. Mental and communication disorders.
