Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: Meet with the 1995 Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases Diagnostic criteria for diseases: age from 45 to 80 years old, duration 1-12 months, vital signs stable, consciousness Clear (GCS>8 points); able to understand and follow simple oral instruction (MMSE score: middle school) The above >24 scores, primary >20 scores, illiterate >17 scores) had no history of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases. Did not take drugs that affect metabolism and cardiopulmonary function, and voluntarily participated in and signed informed consent. Control group: No history of stroke, no respiratory muscle-related diseases; age 45 years old -80 Years old; stable vital signs, clear mind (GCS>8 points); able to understand and follow simple oral. Instruction (MMSE score: >24 above middle school, >20 in primary school, >17 in illiteracy); past No history of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; no medication for metabolism and cardiopulmonary function; voluntary participation.Add and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group: chronic pulmonary disease; respiratory symptoms; serious symptoms; Patients with cognitive impairment or cognitive impairment; unstable vital signs; older than 80 years old; Suffering from severe mental illness; unable or unwilling to cooperate. Control group: With the history of stroke, chronic pulmonary disease, and respiratory systems; patients with severe cognitive or cognitive impairment; and unstable vital signs.
