18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients undergoing elective VATS ; 2) Aged > 18 and < 80 years; 3) No serious vision, hearing impairment, and ability to read text; 4) The patient volunteered to participate and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia; 2) History of dementia, mental illness or other central nervous system diseases; 3) opioid tolerance; 4) Alcohol or drug dependent; 5) Can not cooperate with follow-up or poor compliance; 6) The general condition of the patient is poor, combined with serious cardiovascular system, respiratory system, liver and kidney system, central nervous system and other diseases, may be difficult to survive for more than 3 months; 7) Pregnant women; 8) Patients who have participated in the study (patients who require a second operation during the study); 9) Acute myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest or shock during surgery or hospitalization; 10) The investigator believes that there are any factors that affect the subject's participation in the trial or outcome evaluation.
