20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. men aged 20-60 years; 2. C5-T10 spinal cord injury, AIS A, anus reflex negative, duration <1 month; 3. bladder detrusor excited state of inhibition (bladder perfusion more than 400ml and bladder pressure does not exceed 40cmH2O); 4. indwelling catheterization; 5. voluntary participation and signed informed consent; 6. willing to participate and be randomized to one of the groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people with BDO due to other causes, such as urinary tract infection and bladder stones, hydronephrosis, renal failure, benign prostatic hyperplasia; 2. mental and cognitive disorders; 3. coronary heart disease and stroke history; 4. high blood pressure and diabetes poor blood sugar control; 5. caused by any reason genitals, genital injury; 6. install pacemakers.
