Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Chronic spontaneous urticaria patients: Patient suffering from spontaneous apperance of wheals, angioedema, or both =6 weeks due to known or unknown causes; Aged 18 years and older; Signed and written informed consent; (2) Control subjects: Without obvious abnormality in the routine physical examination and imaging in laboratory; No history of disease or drug treatment before blood collection; Signed and written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with inducible urticaria, other allergic diseases, skin diseases, blood system diseases and tumors, etc. Pregnant woman or lactating woman; Drug abuse, alcoholism and mental illness.
