Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of gastric outflow obstruction, ultra-fine endoscopy can not pass; 2. Preoperative evaluation of surgical and anesthesia contraindications such as severe heart and lung dysfunction, multiple organ failure; 3. The family members of the patients before the operation fully understand the condition, and said that if the radical surgery is not feasible, the short-circuit operation is required, and the operation of the scheduled operation is agreed; 4. Intraoperative large curvature of the stomach and jejunal intestinal wall conditions are good, no obvious metastatic nodules; 5. evaluation of patients with physical and postoperative chemoradiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are surgical contraindications such as severe heart and lung dysfunction, pregnancy, and multiple organ failure; 2. patients with extensive abdominal cavity or life expectancy of less than 6 months; 3. acute bleeding, perforation and other emergency surgery indications. 4 patients with a history of major abdominal surgery.
