Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gastrointestinal gastrointestinal submucosal bulge, submucosal tumor (SMT) originating from the deep muscularis propria and bidirectionally growing to the mucosa and serosa layer by ultrasound endoscopy, and the ultrasound indicates that the tumor is larger than 2 cm in diameter, preoperative abdominal Enhanced CT and other tests to exclude invasive growth, adjacent no enlarged lymph nodes, preoperative communication with patients and their families, endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR), intraoperative and postoperative Risks and complications, benefit from surgery, the operation was initiated after approval of the signature, and active iatrogenic perforation was formed during the operation using a single-clamp endoscope "8" suture method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude tuberculosis, diabetes, cirrhosis, coagulation disorders and other underlying diseases preoperatively.
