Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged=18 years old patients; 2) patients referred for transradial coronary angiography; 3) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Undergoing ad-hoc percutaneous coronary intervention; 2) Death during the operation; 3) No tolerance to aspirin clopidogrel and heparin; 4) With history of previous ipsilateral TRA; 5) The radial artery puncture failed and was replaced by femoral artery route; 6) Preoperative ultrasonography revealed abnormal anatomical structures radial of artery or negative results of Allen test; 7) Serious liver diseases, long-term dialysis, anticoagulant treatment, haemorrhagic /coagulation dysfunction, scleroderma and other immune diseases; 8) Systolic pressure<100mmHg; 9) Participating in other clinical trials.
