45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Menopausal women aged 45~60 years; 2. Participants who meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the above perimenopausal and insomnia; 3. Participants in line with the international classification of sleep disorders (ICSD-3) for the diagnosis of insomnia; 4. Participants whose PSQI score higher than 5; 5. Insomnia course more than a month; 6. Participants who voluntarily agree to join the study and to sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have severe mental illness such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and so on; 2. with serious heart, brain, kidney or liver disease; 3. with secondary insomnia caused by systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, and external environment disturbance; 4. who have taken hormones for nearly 6 months; 5. Pregnant or lactation women.
