Age
45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Menopausal women between 45 and 60 years old; 2. Participants who meets the diagnostic criteria of hot flashes in premenopausal and postmenopausal diseases 3. Hot flushes >= 4 times / day; 4. Participants who voluntarily agree to join the study and to sign the written informed consent form for the randomized controlled trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a history of breast cancer within the past five years 2. Participants who are suffering from severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases 3. Participants who have ovariectomy and/or hysterectomy 4. Participants who are not willing to complete study forms 5. Participants who take hormone therapy within 30 days 6. Participants who received acupuncture treatment within 6 months
