Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
eGFR decline slope of Renal function progress;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change slope of urine protein;Routine blood test;liver function;renal function;Electrolyte;blood fat;electrocardiogram;Renal B-ultrasound;Stool routine + Occult Blood;Time to End-stage renal disease(Maintenance dialysis or kidney transplantation or eGFR progression to <10 ml/min/1.73m2);Time to the occurrence of a significant decrease in renal function(eGFR decreased by 50% or absolute value decreased by 25 ml/min/1.73m2);Time to the composite clinical outcome((either end-point event occurring or eGFR decreasing by 50% or absolute value decreasing by 25 ml/min/1.73 m2));Incidence of cardiovascular events (myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, chronic heart failure, severe arrhythmia);All-cause mortality and cardiovascular event related mortality;All-cause hospitalization rate;Effectiveness evaluation of chronic disease management;Progress in urinary protein;Risk factor stabilization time;Risk factor control compliance rate;Dosage and typers of drugs associated with risk factors;
