Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 30 years old healthy people.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. current smoker or/and alcoholics or/and drug abuse; 2. have a family history of genetic disease; 3. any of the following illnesses: chronic respiratory, cardiovascular, liver, renal, hematological disease, diabetes mellitus, serious gastrointestinal disorders and other systemic diseases; 4. bacterial or viral infections or surgery, lymphoma/leukemia, etc. occurred within two weeks before the clinical examination; 5. female using oral contraceptive pills, injection, or implant as a form of birth control or in pregnant or breastfeeding.
