Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with objective evaluation of occlusive lesion vessel associated ischemia and ischemic symptoms that undergo CTO-PCI procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age under 18 years old; 2) Any reason that prevents the patient from undergoing perioperative evaluations; 3) Coagulation disorders or high risk of bleeding; 4) Malignant cardiac arrhythmia; 5) Allergy towards aspirin and ticlopidine category medication; 6) Malignant tumor; 7) History of cerebral vascular accident within the past 6 months; 8) State of Pregnancy.
