Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All the children snored at night, with mouth breath or short of breath more than 3 months; 2) PSG showed apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) > 5, or the lowest oxygen saturation < 92%; 3) In routine physical examination, tonsil < 2 degrees; adenoid / nasopharyngeal cavity (A) / N) ratio < 0.7 in lateral nasopharyngeal radiographs, or posterior nostril was obstructed less than 2/3 by adenoid obstruction; 4) Children with complications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) the guardian can not accept sedation examination; 2) children can not tolerate sedative drugs.
