Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female older than 18 years and less than 65 years old; diagnosis of T2DM; at least one treatment prior to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with type I diabetes; gestational diabetes; patients with life expectancy less than 2 years; patients involved in trials; patients who declined to participate.
