Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients in this study will be as follows: (1) A first onset stroke or traumatic brain injury diagnosis with CT or MRI confirmation (2) Age: 30-80 years old (3) Hemiplegia with a 1-4 Brunnstrom Motor Recovery Scale score (4) A 24 or higher Mini-Mental State Examination score, with full ability to comprehend the present study (5) No impaired vision (6) Informed consent provided by participants and family caregivers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)A history of previous brain injury (2)Intake of medicines potentially influencing cognitive function (3) Unstable or deteriorating vital signs (4) Impaired vision or hemineglect (5) Neurological and/or musculoskeletal issues unrelated to brain injury
