18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18 and 75 years, male and female; 2. according to the WHO standards (1999) in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, according to the diagnostic criteria of the journal of clinical dermatology at the same time, the typical erythema, silvery white scales, such as skin rash, confirmed by clinical and histopathologic examination psoriasis; 3. in the last 2 months before screening, drugs such as vitamin A acid, steroid hormones and immunosuppressive drugs were taken; 4. informed consents be given before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. T1DM; 2. pregnant and lactating patients; 3. history of malignant tumor; 4. serious heart, lung, kidney and liver diseases; 5. previous history of pancreatitis.
