18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Graves disease group (GD group): patients with newly-diagnosed Graves disease. Hashimoto's thyroiditis group (EUHT group): newly-diagnosed Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients with euthyroidism. Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism group (Hypo-HT group): newly-diagnosed Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients with hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism; Hypothyroidism group: newly-diagnosed patients with hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism. Normal control group (NC group): 1. People with normal thyroid function and negative thyroid-antibodies; 2. aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. Did not receive any anti-thyroid drug treatment; 4. Understand the purpose of clinical trials and voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid tumors, high thyroid function adenomas, nodular thyroiditis, subacute thyroiditis and other thyroid or pituitary, hypothalamic diseases; 2. other endocrine and other autoimmune diseases; 3. with severe physical diseases Patients; 4. taking drugs affecting thyroid function or immune system recently; 5. pregnant and lactating women.
