Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 85 years old; 2. stroke symptoms occurred within 24 hours, venous thrombolytic treatment group symptoms occurred within 4.5 hours; 3. educational level above primary school; 4. patients and their families are good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cerebral hemorrhage; 2. pre-onset modified Rankin scale(mRS) > 2 points; 3. there are brain trauma, poisoning and other factors; 4. oral anticoagulants and international standardized ratio(INR) > 1.7; 5. blood sugar 2.7 mmol/L; 6. history of diabetes and blood sugar > 16mmol/L; 7. History of major craniocerebral trauma within 7 or 3 months; 8. platelet count 100 × 10^9/L; 9. Patients who can not comply with the contents of the protocol and can not complete the inspection tests required for the study.
