65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) X-ray confirmed patients with unilateral femoral neck fracture or intertrochanteric fracture; (2) Male and female patients aged at least 65 years; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30 kilogram per square meter; (4) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded I to III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have had a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery; (2) Serious injuries combined with other important organs; (3) There is a history of acute inflammation of the respiratory tract within 2 weeks and without cure; (4) Those with neuromuscular diseases and mental illnesses; (5) suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; (6) Those who are known to be allergic to local anesthetics and opioids; (7) Those who do not cooperate and cannot communicate.
