Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed parameningeal rhabdomyosarcoma patients with meningeal invasion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria of the protocol 1) Disease progression 2) Organ dysfunction do not recover after 35 days from the last chemotherapy 3) Patients or their parents do not agree to continue using this protocol 4) Treatment completed 2. Exclusion criteria of the research 1) Deal 2) Lost of follow up 3) Do not agree to collect research related information
