Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. consent was obtained for all cases and informed consent for surgery was signed; 2. the surgical eyes of the patient were cataract. All the surgical incisions were performed with 3mm clear corneal incision. All the surgical incisions were performed by phacoemulsification combined with iol implantation for cataract; 3. Aged at least 40 years male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pertussis were excluded from long-term wearing of corneal contact lens and long-term application of eye drops, and patients with 3m ocular trauma and iodine allergy before operation; 2. The disease of eye infection is ruled out by the stroke: such as blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis, chronic dacryocystitis, etc.; 3. other eye diseases, such as dry eye, tarsal gland dysfunction, glaucoma, retina and optic nerve diseases; 4. Systemic metabolic diseases and systemic autoimmune diseases are excluded: diabetes, sjogren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
