Group 1:Intravenously given 20% mannitol (1g/kg) for 15 minutes
Group 2:Intravenously given 20% mannitol (1g/kg) for 30 minutes

16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 16 and 70 years male and female; 2. Patients of ASA physical status I-II; 3. Patients who have signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use mannitol and other diuretics within 24 hours before surgery; 2. Electrolyte disorder before surgery; 3. Blood transfusion was performed during the observation period; 4. Uncontrolled diabetes; 5. Unstable angina pectoriscongestive heart failure or myocardial infarction within 6 months; 6. There are other serious systemic diseases.
