Interventions

Group 1:conventional operation: use PPS blood transfusion kit with 12# infusion needle
Group 2:connecting the three-way tube between the 12# infusion needle and the blood transfusion device, side hole connection mounting 10ml syringe with normal saline

Inclusion criteria: hyperlipidemia meets the diagnostic criteria of the sixth edition of textbooks

Exclusion criteria: patients with abnormal liver function,severe cardiovascular disease,hyperthyroidism
