Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who should accept transrectal ultrasound(TRUS)?guided prostate biopsy according to 2014 CUA guidline and their clinical data is complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who can not accept transrectal ultrasound(TRUS)?guided prostate biopsy because of poor body and their clinical data is not complete
