Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with clinically suspected prostate cancer; 2) PSA<20ng/ml; 3) MRI PI-RADS score =3; 4) Aged < 75 years; 5) No prior biopsy; 6) No prior ADT, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 7) Patients volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer; 2) Prior prostate cancer therapy; 3) Patients with uncontrolled infectious disease; 4) Patients with hemorrhagic tendency; 5) Patients who cannot undergo lithotomy position; 6) Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal disease, or nervous system disease; 7) Patients who undergo other clinical trials; 8) Patients who cannot cooperate with investigator; 9) Contraindication to MRI; 10) Patients who are not suitable for our clinical trials.
