Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. I-III grade of cervical cancer was diagnosed after admission. All patients underwent total hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy; 2. complete chemotherapy and radiotherapy at least 1 months before the start of the study; 3. sleep latency or more than 30 minutes before bedtime, sleep efficiency less than 85%; 4. insomnia occurs at least 3 days or more than 3 days per week and lasts for at least 1 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. there is serious depression or other serious mental disorders; 2. sleep problems other than insomnia (such as sleep apnea); 3. there are other diseases that affect the immune system (e.g. HIV infection); 4. long term use of psychotropic substances (except sleeping pills).
