Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the body mass index(BMI) is greater than 95 percent of normal weight children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary obesity(e.g. hypothyroidism, Cushing's disease, hypothalamic obesity); (2) children who ever have alcohol intake, smoked or used drugs which may influence blood pressure, liver function, glucose, lipid metabolism or weight; (3) children who have suffered from hypothalamus diseases, pituitary diseases, diabetes mellitus, systemic illness, chromosome abnormalities or all sorts of syndromes; (4) those who have hepatitis B, hepatitis C or any other liver diseases which can lead to liver damage.
