Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus according to WHO (1999)or have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 3. Simple diet control or regular medication for more than 4 weeks; 4. Informed consent, voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from the following diseases: gastrointestinal diseases, severe liver or kidney disease, active heart disease, severe cerebrovascular disease, thyroid dysfunction or complicated ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia, hyperosmolar coma and other serious diabetic complications; 2. In the past one month,people take antibiotics or microecological preparations; 3. Receiving other diet therapists; 4. Allergic people, especially those who are allergic to Chinese herbal medicine;5.Researchers believe that people who are not suitable for inclusion in this study.
