Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged at least 45 years old; 2. Voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign informed consent before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to iodine, propofol, vitC, etc.; 2. patients with hyperthyroidism; 3. patients with pharyngeal tumors; 4. pregnant women, lactating female patients; 5. Patients with a tendency to have severe bleeding; 6. Patients with severely impaired function and hematopoietic function of heart, lung, brain and kidney; 7. Patients with mental illness; 8. Patients with glaucoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia; 9. HIV, syphilis-infected patients or drug-addicted patients; 10. Patients who are difficult to follow and follow up in foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or other regions; 11. Patients who are unwilling to join the experiment, refuse to sign an informed consent form, or have a comprehensive judgment of poor compliance.
